How is pricing structured?
Our goal is to keep pricing transparent, competitive, and reflective of the expertise we bring to every project. Generally we charge per square foot depending on the complexity of the project, time frame and the involvement of the studio.

What timeframe should I plan for my project?
Project duration depends on the scope and complexity.
Most full-scale designs are completed within four to six months if construction updates are minor, but can take up to a year when significant floor plan changes are required.
Virtual Design is an easier option and usually takes up to two months from start to finish

Studio MIA works with clients nationwide and has also brought our designs abroad. While our international work is more selective, we love the opportunity to explore new places and create homes that capture the essence of where you live.
